The use is only limited to : - Tea, herbal and fruits infusions consumed as such ; - Non-alcoholic flavoured drinks based on herbal, tea or fruit infusions such as iced teas. This exclude the use of extracts from leaves of Rubus suavissimus S.K. Lee as a sweetener or as a flavouring withing the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives or Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 on flavourings respectively
